Jiangsu hotel is a small business primarily established in the southern regions of China, belonging to the small-scale catering industry. I joined the team at an early stage and built the core product from scratch. The desktop web are fully launched in 2023. To improve the experience of both purchasing officer and warehouse manager, our team designed key features such as inventory, dish and purchasing management.
User personas can help us clearly define our target audience and develop more suitable design solutions. Through on-site interviews and user consultations, we have created two typical user personas to gain more focused insights into user needs and more accurately define the design framework.
Jiangsu Restaurant is currently using a traditional inventory/purchasing model. To better manage inventory and procurement, we will design an inventory/purchasing system for Jiangsu Restaurant.
Based on the merchant's usage scenarios and business requirements, the overall product architecture can be determined, allowing for a reasonable allocation of product modules.
